First off let me tell you that bankingConnects.com and Banking Connects, LLC is not a broker or licensed entity to broker and or work on any deals you may want to put together, with that said you must agree to our Terms of service to be member of our community. We are simply going to verify who, what where, why, and most importantly “Are you who and what you say you are, is your deal real and what is that information based on”

We have put together a questionnaire that helps us Verify the information you would supply us with and in some cases our very own resources to determine to the best of our ability the validity of business through news articles, complaints, references, background checks etc...

Example Questions:

1. Did you file a tax return or financial last year with your name and or your companies name on it?
2. Are you a principle of this company or are you a sole proprietor, individual (Lawyer, Realtor, Broker, consultant) of this business? A. Principle B. Sole proprietor C. Individual D. Professional?
3. If you answered D. to number three which are you please specify?
4. Can you supply proof of your ability to perform the transaction you are proposing in this deal?
5. Would you submit to a Credit Check D & B report or be willing to submit your own report if you are a qualified buyer/Seller?
6. Are you licensed? If yes What Type and issued by whom?
7. Please list 3 references that can verify the validity of any information you supply on this questionnaire (we do not solicit and or ever share any references or information, it is solely to verify you).Name First, Last, Phone# Email address Relationship to Reference?
8. Are you posting this deal or opportunity on BankingConnects.com on behalf of a Party who wishes to remain confidential?
9. Can you provide Proof of Funds to lend, buy or finance an opportunity?
10. Can you provide documentation indicating you or your company has the right to sell your opportunity?
11. Have you ever been party to a lawsuit? If Yes please explain and what was the outcome.
12. Do you have Good Credit references?

Once having answered these questions we will review your opportunity and based on our finding we will simply share an indication of the answers that based on the information provided we have to the best of our ability determined this member a Verified Member of our site.

Each opportunity will be unique but as I am sure you all know the better the information is communicated the better the opportunity to really close a business deal is.

Now here's the best part: going back to our original scenario where we have a lender who wants to buy REO's, and you are a person who has that opportunity and you want to communicate with this Verified user, you would have to be Verified as well! That's right only verified members may see the opportunities of another Verified user thus creating what we believe your ability to meet and make deals happen with quality opportunities.

Now what if you don't have a lot to verify? No problem...

We will only share simple information similar to what is shown above and generally suggest to anyone who is dealing with a verified member that they do their own Due diligence!

Banking Connects, LLC and www.bankingconnects.com has no interest in any of the opportunities offered by buyers or sellers on our site, we are not involved in any dealings and by no means are we suggesting that one of our members is better than another, we are not paid any type of commission or finders and or referral fees, we are NOT underwriters,  nothing more than a Business network that allows members to find legitimate players to meet and do business with. You will be able to eliminate and customize those potential suitors by only dealing with Real people, Real companies and professionals. We understand that most of the legitimate deal makers in the banking world wish to remain confidential and for that reason we will let you know what you're getting into and then it's up to you to do your own research and we strongly suggest you do your own due diligence! Our Verified Members will need to first sign up for a platinum membership before they can get Verified.

Verified is a separate one-time cost that covers our screening process, we reserve the right to re-evaluate any member at any time and change their status at our discretion.
