Presently as Business Development Manager – North with iFast Financial Services India Pvt. Ltd., Delhi, I possess combined experience in Client Servicing & Sales, especially in the financial services Industry –in BPO’s and NBFC set up. Excellent track record of getting the company a high degree of recognition and external validation, driving sales, building the brand, communicating the company’s unique selling propositions with clients, analysts, & other important stake holders
Resource Planning - Evaluates short-medium term resource requirements, including peak and contingency requirements.
Execution and Promotion of Customer Experience - Participates in the implementation phase of local and global projects. Uses approved change management methods and tools to achieve required results.
Performs defined benchmarking and participates in approved initiatives for best practice replication.
Leadership and People Management - Manages a team with responsibility for the delivery of effective customer relationship management across a range of Customer Experience functions (call handling, problem resolution, claims etc). Uses approved tools and best practice methods to recruit, develop and manage individual and team performance in accordance with established standards.
Engagement, Motivation and Recognition – Promotes the importance and meaning of Customer Experience through regular communications. These include explaining the vision, benefits of Customer Experience, their role in achieving success, new processes or tools, progress updates etc. Gains commitment from individuals.
Uses appropriate feedback and recognition methods (formal programs and informal) to celebrate success and motivate individuals and the team to continue to perform.
I am now looking to take up roles in General Management & Operations, Client servicing, Relationship management in reputed companies. Of particular interest to me would be positions in Client Servicing, Business Development, Key Account Management. Am currently drawing a CTC of Rs. 8 Lakhs (plus Bonus & inc) and am open to assignments across India.
