Lake County Partners is the "go to" economic development organization in Lake County. We are also a Certified Development Company (1 of 7 in the state), authorized by the SBA to package 504 loans on their behalf. I manage a $12M loan portfolio and originate new loans for small businesses looking to purchase or expand their commercial building. I also manage the IRB financing program and obtain inducement resolutions through the County of lake for this program.

I am interested in loan origination, customer education, networking, workforce issues and green initiatives among many others.
