This position will make and service a variety of commercial loans to mid-sized / large businesses. In addition, the position provides team members with guidance, manages large Commercial Banking portfolios, maintains credit quality within bank guidelines, and ensures all loan documentation meets compliance and current underwriting guidelines.
Requirements:

Work with Partners to create and implement an effective go-to-market plan with clearly defined revenue targets
Achieve personal revenue targets in line with the Business Development Plan, through proactive origination and lead generation. It is expected that this will be focussed on one or two large banking or financial institutions in the first instance.
Working with Heads of sector and Business streams to generate a definitive sales pipeline through the identification of active targets and key clients and manage the pipeline against national Key Performance Indicators.

Work collaboratively with Financial Services marketing and the wider national and marketing team, to support the development and implementation of initiatives, events and campaigns
