I have a client looking to expand upon their ODFI relationships and find some strategic partners. Here is some information about them:

Looking for a strategic partnership with ODFI/Financial institution. Bank must be solvent and have no problems with the feds. Prefer a bank with less then 1000 branches.
They are a third party ACH processor that owns the clients/relationships and performs their own underwriting. Been in business for over 10 years.
They have a multi-million dollar investment group backing their company.
Looking to abide by all NACHA rules.
Processing levels exceed 250,000 transactions and over $17 MM per month.
Average unauthorized return rate of under 0.4% on portfolio.
