As a Recruiting Manager, this position is a part of the Human Resources Department for a Financial Institution.
Summary
- Implementing the recruiting strategies for assigned line of businesses to recruit and hire exceptional talent for the organization to meet business needs.
- -Partnering with key managers to ensure effective and efficient recruiting practices.
- Supervising recruiters responsible for the employment/staffing support of assigned line of business.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs and the strategic direction of the business.
- Managing a recruiting team to hire exceptional talent in a cost effective manner and recruit for openings as needed.
- Coaching and developing staff

Requirements
- Must have banking industry experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Eight or more years of recruiting experience, or relevant line of business experience
- Three or more years of supervisory experience, with a recruiting management background highly preferred
